The position is responsible for the provision of solutions required for the success of strategic initiatives for the Group. The position drives the delivery of additional and sustainable value to existing and potential partners in the region, by focusing on service, total cost advantage, risk management and innovation across all Hotel spend. This is done through understanding the emergent needs of our guests and Hotels, the vision of Accor's internal leaders, securing relevant resources in each market under a nomination contract and leveraging their specific category expertise.
Delivery of contracts of value Cover the "source to contract" process from needs analysis through to supplier negotiation and legal and operational implementation of national and regional agreements.Lead risk management initiatives by ensuring suppliers align with Ethics and CSR Charter, Data policies and complete KYC Process.Lead packaging of negotiated value proposition for owners and internal leaders.Management and Leadership Lead, motivate and inspire team members to create a great place to work.Embrace the Accor values and lead by example in demonstrating the spirit of the values in all actions and interactions.Empower high performers and innovators whilst fostering entrepreneurial spirit.Development of digital solutions Support the deployment of digital solutions related to closing the procure-to-pay loop.Coordinate with I.T., Operations, Suppliers and Digital partner to support optimizing onboarding process.Compliance Drive the communication of national, regional and global contracts of value through the region.Develop tools for tracking region, country and Hotel-level compliance of nominated suppliers.Leverage knowledge of internal leaders, suppliers and Hotels to convert opportunities for business development.Implementation of strategic roadmap Assist SVP of Procurement with design and implementation of strategic roadmap for region.Review and delivery of optimized processes Ongoing review processes for procurement related activities and propose alternate solutions.Develop tools for concise communication of department progress.Other Responsibilities Enhance specific category knowledge across key internal stakeholders and hotels.Stay engaged in the broader industry trends and available resources.Procurement GPO competitor knowledge. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years Procurement experience in Asia, with overall Procurement experience not less than 10 years.Bachelor Degree in International Business, Procurement and / or Hospitality.Experience modernizing and accelerating growth of procurement in region a plus.Microsoft Suite and digital tools related to procurement (Intermediate knowledge).Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees.Advanced skills in effectively organizing and managing time, with strong capability to multi-task.Advanced presentation and influencing skills, from one on one negotiations to international conferences.
