We're looking for a talented and experienced leader to drive the Office of the CEO at IHG, supporting executive strategy and global initiatives that impact our business worldwide.
ResponsibilitiesExecutive Operations: Coordinate and lead the Office of the CEO, managing agendas, supporting EC meetings, and ensuring effective follow-ups with business leaders.Strategic Planning: Lead the annual strategic planning process and set performance scorecards, aligning EC members' goals with global priorities.CEO Time Management: Strategically manage the CEO's schedule, working with executive assistants to prioritize long-term and high-impact activities.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Global Finance, Communications, and other departments to support top-priority projects.Board Engagement: Prepare materials and manage agendas in collaboration with the Company Secretary for board strategy discussions.Strategic Development: Collaborate with the VP Group Head of Strategy to define and refine IHG's strategic direction, priorities, and organizational culture.Global Initiatives: Lead strategic initiatives on a global scale and partner on high-impact projects that drive the company forward.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate efforts across various regions and functions to align all teams with IHG's key objectives and goals.We are looking for a dynamic individual with exceptional communication skills, the ability to thrive under pressure, and strong relationship-building capabilities. Ideal candidates will possess excellent leadership and project management skills, along with strategic planning and problem-solving abilities. A passion for IHG and the hospitality industry is essential.
