Premier Engineering is recruiting for an experienced Engineering Director to lead the engineering function of a well-established manufacturing company with around 100 staff.
This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving innovation, overseeing engineering projects, and ensuring the company remains at the forefront of its industry.

The Engineering Director will ideally have the following attributes:
Extensive experience in engineering leadership roles within the manufacturing sector
A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline
Proven track record of managing engineering teams and large-scale projects
The Engineering Director role will involve:
Leading and managing the engineering department, including design, production, and R&D teams
Developing and implementing engineering strategies aligned with company objectives
Overseeing the delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements
Managing resources, budgets, and team development to ensure optimal performance
