A global leader in electronic payments and financial transactions are currently looking for a highly skilled QA Director to spearhead their quality assurance efforts and lead the QA teams to new heights.
Position Overview: As the QA Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our software and payment solutions.
You will lead and mentor QA teams, streamline QA operations, and drive the implementation of automation strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities of the QA Director: Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage QA teams of up to 30 people fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Streamlining QA Operations: Develop and implement processes to optimize QA workflows, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Automation: Drive the adoption and implementation of automation tools and practices to increase test coverage and reduce manual effort.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of all QA activities, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any quality-related issues.
Innovation: Continuously evaluate and improve QA methodologies and tools, staying current with industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications of the QA Director: Experience: Proven experience in a QA leadership role, with a strong background in software or payment systems.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in QA methodologies, automation tools, and test management systems.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire QA teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
