We are seeking a Director of Program Management to lead our clients Program Management Office.
This role can be based in South Lancashire or Lausanne, offering a hybrid work environment.
With a focus on strategic program delivery, you will collaborate across Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and Sales to drive innovation and ensure excellence.
Key Responsibilities Direct and manage the Program Management Office, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
Oversee the execution of product and technology roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
Define and manage project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Drive accountability and efficiency across teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
What You Bring Must have extensive experience in the semiconductor or related deep-tech industries, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
Deep understanding of system design, analog/mixed-signal, digital, and verification methodologies.
Proven track record in program management, including customer and stakeholder engagement.
Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor development and production, especially in SerDes or mixed-signal chips for consumer applications.
Exceptional problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Location : This role offers flexibility, with offices, however it will require an onsite presence three days a week.
