With a primary focus on Amazon Advertising (Walmart, TikTok, Google, Meta, and Target will follow), you will define and lead Eva Commerce's long-term product strategy, aligning with the company's vision and goals.
Collaborating with system analysis, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams, you will deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that delight our customers and fuel company growth.
You need to have at least 5 years of experience in the Amazon Advertising space to apply for this role.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Define and lead Eva Commerce's long-term product strategy, focusing on advertising.
Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive products, and customer needs within Amazon, Google, Meta, Walmart, Target, TikTok, and eCommerce.
Innovation & Vision : Champion innovative ideas, leveraging AI and automation to differentiate Eva's product offerings.
Roadmap Development : Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and prioritize a clear, actionable product roadmap that balances short-term wins with long-term vision.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with system analysis, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution of product launches and ongoing improvements.
Go-to-Market Strategy : Developing strategies for product pricing, positioning, messaging, and distribution channels.
Customer-Centric Focus : Lead initiatives to gather customer feedback and transform insights into actionable product improvements and new features.
KPIs & Performance : Establish success metrics and track product performance, ensuring measurable impact on customer satisfaction, adoption, and revenue.
Requirements Experience : 5+ years of experience in Amazon Advertising as a PPC Specialist, Team Lead, Industry expert Leadership : Proven experience leading high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives across cross-functional groups.
Market Expertise : Deep understanding of Amazon and omnichannel seller ecosystems, eCommerce trends, and AI-driven technologies.
Advertising Focus : Expertise in digital advertising, particularly PPC and DSP strategies, with a proven track record of optimizing advertising products or features.
Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze data, assess opportunities, and make data-informed decisions to drive product success.
Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
