Director of Product Owner Location: Remote, UK - Travel to office once per month (North Yorkshire) Salary: Up to £110,000 Base We're working with a fast-growing global tech company who are on the lookout for a talented Director of Product Owner to join their leadership team.

What You'll Be Doing: Shaping the product roadmap : You'll own the product vision, ensuring it aligns with both the business goals and customer needs.
Leading cross-functional teams : You'll work closely with engineering, product, and scrum teams, driving collaboration and overseeing the full product lifecycle.
Strategic planning & delivery : Working with senior stakeholders, you'll plan and prioritise initiatives to ensure the successful execution of key product goals.
Driving Agile processes : Lead agile methodologies across teams, ensuring seamless processes and clear communication.
Continuous improvement : Identify opportunities to optimise product delivery and enhance overall business value, always striving for better.
What We're Looking For: A strong background in senior product management or product ownership , ideally with experience in high-growth tech environments.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and scrum teams.
Hands-on experience in defining product roadmaps , prioritising backlogs , and delivering products that make a real difference.
Expertise in Agile methodologies and a drive to improve processes wherever you can.
Great communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
