Our client is looking for a Global Director of Product Development to join and lead an incredibly talented team in Central London.
Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer you will be responsible for directing all aspects of NPD from concept to launch and the complete product lifecycle.
You will support the strategic framework operating commercially to drive growth and profitability for the company.
Direct and advise the business on industry trends and new innovation in all areas mainly colour cosmetics and skincare.
Lead strategy for product development and be responsible for taking the idea from concept through to deliver.
Drive category growth with innovative product ideas and maintain continual portfolio analysis to drive growth and profitability Ensure timely launch of development initiatives and liaise with all departments to implement a 360 launch strategy.
Maintain strong relationships with all suppliers and be responsible for negotiating costs to maintain budget for new launches Lead, inspire and develop the team members within the NPD Department About you..
10+ Years in global brand and product marketing roles: Extensive experience in global brand and product marketing within the beauty industry, particularly mass cosmetics colour, with proven record in a leadership role driving brand success.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Proficient in conducting and applying market research, data analysis, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions and drive product success.
High-Performing Team Leadership: Track record of leading, mentoring, and building cross-functional, high-performing teams.
Collaborative approach with a focus on empowering team members to achieve ambitious goals.
