Reporting to thew Chief Operating Officer, this role will work across the entire Matrix Operational function to develop and drive the transformation strategy focused on operational efficiencies and centering the activities and outputs of our teams in line with KPIs.
This role will actively collaborate across multiple functions, building an understanding across our products and interdependencies and relationships to enable the Operational team to deliver.
This role is an 6-month FTC position.
Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy of operational improvement and transformation aligned with Matrix's goals Gather, analyse and interpret data and metrics to inform actions to achieve operations excellence Efficiency evaluation: assess operational processes, identifying inefficiencies, and develop programmes to achieve optimum efficiency levels and associated cost benefit Monitor performance by tracking and analysing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives Lead a continuous improvement programme with project oversight and contribution to automation, integration and product initiatives Collaborate with key stakeholders from IT, Sales, Growth, HR, Finance and Strategy by continuously updating on transformation initiatives/programmes and seeking input as required Improve business system processes with efficiencies and customer experience as core principles, translating operational goals to realistic and future proof technical solutions Role Success Metrics Strategic objectives: achievement of strategic objectives and targets Project execution: timely and effective execution of transformation projects Stakeholder feedback: positive feedback from stakeholders and OpsBoard Operational efficiency: improved operational efficiency and effectiveness Continuous improvement: ongoing enhancement of business processes and systems Required skills, education and experience You will be: A great collaborator.

Able to communicate confidently with a variety of different stakeholders, challenging appropriately when needed.
