Director of MSAT - Responsibilities:
Lead the MSAT team in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for clinical and commercial production Oversee technology transfer activities from R&D to manufacturing and from manufacturing to commercial sites Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability of manufacturing processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and support regulatory submissions Ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality, and safety standards Director of MSAT - Requirements:
Advanced degree in life sciences, chemical engineering, or a related field 10+ years of experience in MSAT, process development, or manufacturing in a clinical or biopharmaceutical environment Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams Deep knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and technical transfer best practices Strong communication and problem-solving skills Mantell Associates is a specialist Pharmaceutical and Life Science headhunting firm.
