In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for working with our Senior Leadership Team to drive strategic initiatives that enhance member engagement, elevate our marketing efforts and expand our digital presence.

The role: Leadership Carry overall responsibility for the Membership Marketing and Digital aspects of the FSRH Strategy, including:
Membership engagement Marketing and communications for all external stakeholders Member support services Ownership of key transformation projects with an emphasis on digital transformation Digital development, content and delivery Global membership development Agree annual work plans with aligned to organisational strategy Manage departmental budgets effectively Ensure optimal use of FSRH resources for member benefit Ensure the FSRH remains at the leading edge of innovation in the sector Membership Engagement Develop and oversee high-quality membership benefits Lead membership surveys and benefits reviews Create innovative engagement opportunities across communications, digital, and in-person events Ensure effective customer support for members Oversee membership recruitment and subscription processes Deliver the annual renewals process, maintaining our strategic targets in this area Lead engagement with global members and seek and enact opportunities to grow membership overseas Seek opportunities to engage with the wider SRH workforce beyond FSRH membership and convert to membership growth Maintain UK SRH workforce demographics available to members Marketing and Communications Lead strategic marketing and advertising campaigns Manage production and dissemination of marketing materials Ensure GDPR compliance Maintain house style and branding guidelines Digital delivery and innovation Maintain and develop the FSRH digital estate including:
FSRH website FSRH member support portal Training Hub (Learning Management System) Contraception Choices public site Trello team efficiency platform Content creation and social media management platforms Develop and enhance the FSRH digital brand Improve and streamline the library of FSRH digital process automations Maintain the relevant SOPs Be an active member of the FSRH Transformation Programme Board in delivering transformation ambitions Oversee content and branding across digital channels Support staff upskilling for new systems Ensure appropriate digital platform selection Automating FSRH processes where appropriate Seek to leverage technology and practice in order to generate improvements in member value and team efficiency Identify and enact opportunities for practical application of Artificial Intelligence A commitment to delivering a cutting-edge team practice To Apply Please send a copy of your CV and covering letter to .
