About You We are seeking an exceptional candidate who can combine strategic expertise, business acumen, leadership and a passion for making a difference: A relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification in business, marketing, or fundraising, with evidence of continuing professional development.Demonstrated success in delivering substantial income growth in a senior role.Proven ability to develop and execute innovative business development strategies in a complex organisation.Strong strategic planning, leadership, and analytical skills.Advanced communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to inspire and influence at all levels.Ability to Maximise the potential of Saint Catherine's brand and events to increase community engagement and income.

Person Specification Qualifications Skills Knowledge and Experience Essential Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification in a related field ( business, marketing or fundraising) A recognised qualification in fundraising, business development or leadership Substantial experience in a senior income generation role, demonstrating strategic leadership and delivery of significant income growth across multiple revenue streams.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies in a complex organisation.
Desirable Experience in managing retail operations, including strategy development, operational efficiency, and profit optimisation Proven ability to oversee and grow commercial enterprises, such as catering or hospitality ventures Experience of working within the Charity, Hospice or Health and Social Care Sector
