Position: Director of Fundraising & Communications | Co-operation Ireland Location: Belfast (with regular travel) Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 About the Role Co-operation Ireland is looking for a dedicated and strategic Director of Fundraising & Communications to advance our mission of fostering peace across Northern Ireland and Ireland.
In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to secure over £4 million in annual funding and strengthen our public profile.
What You'll Do Lead Fundraising : Develop strategies to secure £1 million+ annually, working with major donors and public sector partners.
Drive Communication : Oversee all communications and branding efforts, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Build Partnerships : Cultivate relationships with stakeholders across the UK, Ireland, and the USA.
About You Experienced in high-level fundraising (£2 million+) and skilled in strategic communications.
A strong leader, able to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
Resilient and adaptable, with excellent relationship-building skills.
