Our charity is over 900 years old, and our primary aim is to maintain five iconic London bridges: Tower, London, Southwark, Millennium and Blackfriars bridges.
We also deliver substantial charitable funding and promote ethical business practices.
We champion inclusion, striving to make our services accessible to all and we are looking for a dedicated and passionate leader to propel this mission forward.
The new roleAs a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, you will lead the charge in embedding equity, diversity, and inclusion throughout our organisation.
This is a rare opportunity to shape policy, influence practice, and create an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity and values equity in every aspect of our work.
You'll partner with all our stakeholders including staff, volunteers, the communities we serve and funding recipients, to make a real difference and ensure everyone's voice is heard.
You will take the lead in driving change in our policies and our approach to social justice.
We are looking for an experienced EDI specialist who is collaborative, nuanced, and ready to challenge current practices constructively.
You will need to be able to demonstrate your in-depth knowledge of EDI principles, legislative requirements and best practice.
You will be able to use data to evidence need and progress and be a passionate advocate for change.
You should be skilled at working across a wide range of stakeholders, building inclusive solutions, and achieving agreed outcomes.
