The Role: Director of Data - £85k-£95k + Benefits Hybrid working - 40% onsite Travel to multiple sites will be required As the Director of Data & Analytics, you will lead the strategic direction of data management, analytics, and governance across the organisation.
You will be responsible for building a data-driven culture, driving innovation through advanced analytics, and ensuring the highest standards of data quality and compliance.

Your Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a senior data leadership role.
Strong knowledge of data governance, analytics, and emerging technologies.
Experience leading and developing diverse teams of data professionals.
Demonstrable success in driving cultural change towards data-driven decision-making.
