A highly successful, values-driven not-for-profit organisation with offices in Central London is looking for a Director of Data and Tech to create the vision and strategy for their technology and knowledge management processes.
This will be a highly visible and pivotal role within the organisation, overseeing the technology infrastructure and ensuring the IT function provides leading-class service to the business.
This Head of Data and Tech role would suit an innovative, dynamic IT leader eager to make an impact.
This is a critical role at the heart of the organisation; you will have close working relationships across the Senior Leadership Team and be a trusted adviser to the CEO and Management Committee.
As the Lead for Tech and Data, you will be responsible for the management of all internal systems and technology infrastructure.
This includes the maintenance, security, and uptime of systems, as well as managing the implementation of all technology changes.
Working with the Senior Leadership Team, you will create a Technology Strategy that optimises existing services and prepares the organisation to scale further.
You will ensure the Technology Strategy has the right balance between central systems and external-facing platforms, working with product owners and internal teams to prioritise appropriately.
In addition to creating the tech strategy, you will lead its implementation, ensuring that it is well understood and that changes in processes and behaviours are embedded.
Furthermore, you will create a Data and Knowledge Management Strategy that improves efficiency, strengthens security, and generates better intelligence to inform decision-making (BI/MI).
This role would suit a natural leader who enjoys inspiring the IT team, setting clear direction and accountability, ensuring high performance, and creating a culture of continuous personal development.
You will lead the CRM team, seeking improved ways to use automation and reporting capabilities to drive further business benefit.
You will achieve plans and objectives through creative and considered thinking and a positive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
You will feel confident actively participating in and steering strategic decision-making within the business as an influencer.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £97,000 plus benefits, including 30 days of annual leave plus BH and a generous pension scheme.
