A dynamic player in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry is looking for a talented Director of Business Development to lead their efforts in acquiring new clients, building valuable partnerships, and driving revenue.

Compensation : $120-140K (with commission-based incentives, bonuses, and growth potential)
What you'll be doing (duties of this position): Lead and manage the Business Development team (6 members) Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and partnerships.
Develop and execute sales strategies, annual sales plans, and goal-setting.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners.
Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Sales, Finance) to align strategies and meet objectives.
Monitor industry trends, oversee proposals, presentations, and manage minimal travel for client meetings and events.
What you'll need to be considered (requirements): 8-10+ years of business development or sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in the MSP (Managed Service Provider) sector is required.
Proven ability to lead remote or hybrid teams.
Experience with CRM systems.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
Strategic mindset and results-driven approach.
