Position Overview: A leading provider of healthcare market research solutions is seeking an experienced Director of Account Management with a strong background in healthcare quantitative research.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering accurate and timely proposals for healthcare market research projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to shaping the future of healthcare research.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the healthcare sector.
Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team across multiple geographies (EU & India).
Oversee the bidding process for research opportunities to meet year-over-year growth targets.
Use CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales progress and bidding activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide feedback and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 5 years in account management within the healthcare market research sector.
Proven leadership experience managing teams across different regions.
Demonstrated expertise in pricing, feasibility assessment, and managing market research proposals.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams, inspiring trust and confidence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence.
Strong work ethic, integrity, and a service-oriented approach.
Adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare research methodologies.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce experience is a plus.
