About The Role We are looking for an entrepreneurial sales and consultant leader to join BIP UK.
You will be responsible for building and expanding business within our Public Sector Unit.
The ideal candidate will have deep industry contacts and knowledge of the UK Public Sector especially within the Health, Social Care and Local Government environment.
We need a self-motivated individual, with a background of proven success in opening doors to new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts and closing deals.
Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive the firm's growth and direction.
Provide expert advice and strategic guidance to senior clients.
Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the firm's presence within existing accounts.
Project Oversight Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Oversee project teams, providing direction and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Business Development Generate new business by identifying potential clients and developing proposals.
Collaborate with marketing to enhance the firm's market presence.
Team Leadership Mentor and develop junior consultants and team members.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Education A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is typically required.
An MBA or other advanced degree is often preferred.
