DIRECTOR – CENTRAL LONDON AND PRIME RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Director in Central London and Prime residential development sales and marketing consultancy to join the highly successful and market-leading London Residential Development team based in the London West End office.
The residential department team offers numerous services across Consultancy, Development, Regeneration, Advisory, Capital Markets, Estate Agency, Funding, Land, New Development, and International Sales and Marketing across the UK, MENA, and the APAC markets.
We have an immediate requirement for an experienced individual with a proven track record in development sales and marketing consultancy to join the Central London and Prime Development team to focus on the sale of central London residential developments in the UK and International markets.
The JLL residential business offers excellent progression opportunities to the right candidate where JLL is also at the forefront of championing sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and innovative technology.
Key attributes for the role include: A detailed understanding of marketing new developments in central London.Proven experience in implementing successful marketing campaigns.Proven track record in the central London and prime market.International market experience.Strong attention to detail, competency, and focus.Fast and efficient with an understanding of the sense of urgency.Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven.Proven business development ability.Prepared to travel internationally.Agency or Developer background.Package: Competitive Salary plus bonus.
