Position Overview
As a Senior Associate Director, you will act as the principal agent for a selection of key estate management clients, offering well-rounded, professional advice and ensuring the achievement of key client deliverables while adhering to internal and client process and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
Act as principal agent for key estate management clients Undertake estate and farming business reviews Build business development opportunities and identify new business Ensure achievement of key client deliverables Adhere to internal and client process and compliance standards Introduce and deliver diversification projects through innovative thinking Conduct secured lending and other professional valuations Manage, lead, mentor, and coach an evolving team Monitor client relationship profitability and develop new opportunities Requirements
MRICS qualified rural surveyor with 3-5 years PQE Relevant undergraduate/postgraduate degree or equivalent Demonstrate team leadership and potential for future leadership opportunities Capable of building relationships with existing and new clients Ability to carry out rural and residential valuations Excellent time management, prioritisation, and accuracy skills Strong communication and relationship-building skills CAAV/SAAVA membership/qualification an advantage Benefits
