Your Role in our Mission
As Director - Global Engagement Platform Strategy you will drive the successful launch and growth of the Reward Gateway engagement platform into new countries, leveraging the growth opportunity in local markets that come at the intersection of the Reward Gateway and Edenred businesses.
Working on behalf of the Reward Gateway CEO and Edenred COO, this role will work with local countries around the world to build, sell, deliver and service leading propositions through a combination of new and existing product solutions to drive growth of our client and user base, ultimately driving revenue and profit in each local market.

In 2024, 6 country rollouts are already planned: France, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Romania and Germany. This will require approximately 50% of travel between London and country openings.

Identification of the product portfolios in each market and assess opportunities for cross sell and new product developmentProspect and secure a pipeline of potential countries for expansion aligned to key success criteriaBuild and enable end-to-end methodology for proposition development and product distribution into local countriesCreate a pricing and cost model that enables countries to build sustainable, profitable revenue through new product distribution whilst enabling investment into the core technologyWork with operations leaders to build a delivery model that maximises right shore operation and drives consistency and quality in implementationWork closely with country leaders to build leading propositions, go-to market strategy and launch of productBuild a contracting methodology that is globally consistent yet applicable to local legislation where relevantOnce footprint is established, define targets, and manage markets to budget for sales and expansion growthContinuously develop the model to drive further growth, efficiency, and expansionEvangelize the product proposition strategy internally and externally to build awarenessSkillsExperience in leading a team with a multi-country approach for rolling out SaaS software – preferably (but not exclusively) in the Benefits and HR spaceProject management skills, diligent, highly organised, with ability to plan and lead programsDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify, assess and manage project risks and interdependencies, developing mitigation strategiesSignificant experience of leading and directing the work of teams, across multiple countries and cultures, setting and managing clear and challenging performance goals, championing diversity and inclusionA clear strategic thinker who has the ability to untangle complex problems and turn them into simple approaches that teams feel alignment to and ownership overConfidently and assertively work with a range of executive and non-executive senior stakeholders, using coaching, negotiating and influencing skills to achieve successful outcomesA trusted advisor to senior members of the Executive Board, providing specific guidance and strategies around integration and implementationStrong communication style; able to thoughtfully present, handle inevitable objections, encourage trust and confidence, and generate project passion!Collaboration skills, flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to contribute as requiredProven track record of working independently in a fast paced environment with cross-functional teams, thinking strategically and making sound decisions under pressureThe Interview ProcessTelephone call with our Senior Talent Acquisition PartnerA series of video calls and in-person meetings with Reward Gateway CEO and leadership team membersFinal interview with Edenred COO and leadership team members
