Our new Director for Planning and Performance will be responsible for driving the organisation forward, delivering business-critical evolution and helping to write the next chapter of Coventry's story.
It's a new role, in which you'll bring together the considerable resources and capacity of teams across the Council to achieve the full potential of our 'One Coventry' priorities.
This will include performance reporting, service planning, transformation, insight, and design across the Council, putting residents at the heart of our programmes and service delivery.
Place Based Integration and community resilience must underpin everything you do.
Minimum Requirements: Extensive experience of delivering significant transformation programmes within complex organisations.
Skilled at building and developing partnerships.
Understanding of end-to-end redesign principles.
Track record of on-time delivery and managing large budgets.
Experience overseeing a broad range of commissioned services, contractors, and third-party suppliers.
A sophisticated and thoughtful manager of people, able to optimise motivation, performance, and capability at all levels.
