Director – Creative & Licensing (Maternity Cover) Join BMG Production Music as a Creative & Licensing Director, where you will be responsible for leading the TV/Film production music team, managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the team, whilst ensuring the development of new business and nurturing existing relationships with our key TV/Film partners.
This is a 13 month FTC covering maternity leave, starting in October.

Key Responsibilities: Day to day team management of TV/Film team:Leading and organising weekly team focus meetings.Ensure team are keeping their clients up to date and keeping the CRM clean.Collaboration with other B2B teams – sync, admin, bespoke.Account management of key accounts:Managing key accounts with regular catch ups.Keep up to date with key accounts production slate, new commissions and industry news.Ensure the team are prioritising key clients, both regional and local.Seek out new business opportunities and promote the same amongst the team.Ensure collaboration with marketing for event ideas, updated assets and outreach support.Creative:Provide timely & accurate music searches for client music briefs.Actively forward pitching for new leads.Wider deals:Seeking new deal opportunities – blankets, admin, JV, etc.Industry events and meetings:Seek out new industry and networking events and encourage the team to attend.Ensuring the team is actively meeting up with clients.Organise regular regional trips.Budget:Organising marketing budget and team spend with VP.CRM:Develop, organise and maintain CRM database, efficiently managing client lists.Ensure the team is following suit.Your Profile: Experience working in sync and/or production music industry.Knowledge of MAC & PC functionality.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to easily build relationships with others.Proven track record of bringing in new business.Enthusiastic and creative, keen to contribute ideas.Self-motivator and avid team player.Organised with excellent eye for detail.It's a plus (not a must) if you also have experience managing a team and sync and/or production music industry, experience working within the TV media industry and/or experience working with our clients on the production side.
