Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

The Role:
As Managing Director, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Zudu.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a compelling vision for growth, identifying new market opportunities and forging strategic partnerships.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring financial strength, efficient operations, and successful project delivery.
Client Focus: Build and nurture strong client relationships, prioritising satisfaction and repeat business.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and ensure the financial sustainability of the business.
Who We Seek
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader with:
~ Proven experience in senior leadership roles within the software services or technology sector.
~ A strong track record of driving business growth and achieving financial success.
~ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
~ A deep understanding of software development methodologies, agile principles, and technology trends.
~ Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
~(Desirable) Experience in scaling businesses and navigating periods of rapid growth.
~(Desirable) Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
