They specialise in the Lifesciences, CPG, and FMCG sectors, committed to aligning outcomes with client priorities to drive growth and profitability.

Job Description Establish new relationships to introduce the consultancy to key industry stakeholders.Drive business growth through IT service and project sales, targeting substantial revenue growth.Develop and implement mid- and long-term strategic plans for market penetration.Build and maintain C-level relationships to drive long-term revenue growth.Cultivate and expand client networks, fully understanding their business needs.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and NPS scores, ensuring consistent client engagement.Achieve and exceed annual sales targets.Present the value proposition through compelling proposals and presentations.Keep leadership informed of industry trends and client challenges impacting the business. The Successful Applicant 10+ years of experience in IT services sales with large corporations.Strong background in IT services for Lifesciences, CPG, or Beverage industries.Experience in project sales, including Custom Software Development, System Integration, and Digital Engineering.Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and consultative sales skills.Advanced analytical, communication, and customer service skills.Proven ability to drive new revenue within the initial 6-9 months of hire.Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, Data, BI, AI, Digital Engineering, and eCommerce services.Existing relationships with key stakeholders within target industries.Strong track record in landing high-value deals with the potential for substantial growth.
