Lead and manage a broad range of consulting projects within the Life Sciences sector, such as Value Based Partnerships, Market Access, Policy Shaping, Organisational Change Management, Commercial Strategy and Commercial Due Diligence, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging your active network to generate new business opportunities.
Provide expert advice and insights to clients, helping them navigate complex challenges and achieve their strategic goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Mentor and develop the UK Team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Focus on further building out the Vintura team in London, contributing to the growth and success of the office.
Proven track record in strategy consulting within the Life Sciences sector (minimum 6 years' high-end external strategy consulting experience)
Full proficiency in English, with preference given to candidates who are also proficient in a second language.
Demonstrated commercial success and ability to drive business growth.
Active client network with strong relationships in the industry.
PhD beneficial but not required).
