Director, Account Executive

Our client are a well invested, profitable business, operating within the chilled food manufacturing sector.
You will report into a Sales Director and have day to day management of key customer relationships - one of the major retailers
Managing & building on their largest customer.
Working cross functionally both internally and externally you will drive a strong growth agenda within your business unit that will play a significant part in maximising EBIT performance of the UK business as whole.
Development of a Commercial Strategy which takes the business further
Define the growth categories and consumer need states and energise the origination and delivery of innovation which maximise growth opportunities
Monitoring sales performance to budget & forecast
Working closely with the wider management team to deliver a complete service package to our customers
Day to day management of a Commercial Manager
Work Experience
At least 5 years' experience in a Commercial or sales role within the food industry
Good multiple retailer exposure gained within a chilled FMCG environment.
Sound understanding of the sales cycle within the chilled food industry, with the appropriate knowledge to instil confidence in your ability to meet the customers' needs
Excellent knowledge of sales, cash and percentage margins, and how to effectively cost new products
Have a flair for building & maintaining relationships at all levels, both internally & externally


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
