Annual Salary - Starting from £25,000 Working Routine: 07:00 - 15:00 Monday to Friday - With the option of overtime on Saturdays.
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transport Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will ensure that our transport operations adhere to legal and regulatory standards, promoting safety and efficiency in all aspects of our logistics and transportation services.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure compliance with transport regulations.
Liaise with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure all necessary documentation, permits, and certifications are up to date.
Advise staff on compliance matters, including legal updates and best practices.
Investigate incidents, accidents, or breaches of compliance, ensuring corrective actions are taken where necessary.
Report on compliance status and recommend improvements to management.
Skills & Experience Required: Strong knowledge of transport and logistics compliance regulations Previous experience in a transport or logistics compliance role is highly desirable.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with regulatory bodies and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement and safety.
