Digital Transformation Manager

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Manager who will lead the School's digital transformation.
This will start with, but not be limited to, CRM system management, integration, and optimisation to meet School needs.
Ensure compliance with data protection laws and train staff on effective CRM use.
AnalySe CRM data for actionable insights and continually improve system performance.
Horizon scanning and leveraging new technology: Identify and integrate emerging technologies and AI to enhance operations.
Automate manual processes, increase efficiency, and provide digital transformation advice to teams and leaders.
Data-driven initiatives: develop and implement a data strategy to improve reporting and decision-making.
Provide insights and dashboards to support performance and integrate systems for better data clarity.
Project management: manage digital transformation projects from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Foster collaboration, provide updates to leadership, and promote best practices in project management.
Stakeholder engagement: collaborate with academic, research, and professional teams to address digital transformation needs.
Build relationships, lead workshops, and establish knowledge-sharing communities to drive innovation.
