Job Title: Digital Technologies Procurement PMO Location: Remote position - Critical Meeting only (Slough or Paddington office) Contract - until the end of 2024 - potential to extend on a rolling contract basis Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Digital Technologies Procurement PMO on behalf of a Global Manufacturing Business.
This is a Remote working position with Critical only meeting in either Slough or Paddington depending on business needs.
The DT Procurement PMO – Strategic Initiatives - will partner closely with the Senior Director, DT Commercial & BPO and Global Director, Strategic Sourcing, DT to co-ordinate the ERP replacement programme workload, resources and reporting to ensure leadership and stakeholders are provided visibility of the programme.
The DT Procurement PMO – Strategic Initiatives will establish the DT Commercial PMO function and also work to allocate workloads, ensure completion and identify blockers to completion.
Responsibilities: Procurement Planning and Strategy: Develop and maintain procurement project plans for digital technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define procurement requirements, scope, and objectives.
Assess market trends and provide insights to guide procurement decisions.

Project Management: Manage multiple procurement projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Establish project governance frameworks, including reporting, risk management, and quality assurance.
Track milestones, deliverables, and budgets for technology-related procurements.
Coordinate with internal departments (IT, finance, legal, etc.)
to ensure successful project execution.

Vendor Management: Conduct vendor evaluations and facilitate RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs for technology solutions.
Negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms and adherence to organisational policies.
Build and maintain relationships with key technology suppliers and service providers.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to organisational procurement policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement projects, including financial, legal, and operational risks.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all procurement activities.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implement and manage tools and dashboards to track procurement project performance.
Prepare regular status updates, including KPIs, cost savings, and timelines, for leadership teams.
Continuously assess and improve procurement processes for greater efficiency and transparency.
6.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the liaison between technical teams, procurement staff, and business stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance understanding of procurement processes.
Address concerns and ensure effective communication throughout procurement cycles.
