THE ROLE We're on the hunt for a sharp, hands-on Digital Producer to join our team.
This role wears many hats - project management, client engagement, and paid media savvy.
You'll be at the heart of bringing ideas to life, managing the flow from proposal through to polished delivery while ensuring our clients feel supported and seen every step of the way.
We're after someone who can keep projects in motion, build strong relationships, and bring data-driven insight to every decision.
WHAT YOU'LL DO 1.
Project Management • Steer each project from kickoff to final delivery, owning timelines, budgets, and quality control.
• Craft project schedules, set up milestones, and track every detail to keep teams moving and on the same page.
• Work closely with our creative, strategy, and dev teams to coordinate across every phase of a project.
• Spot and solve any bumps in the road, keeping projects aligned with client goals and expectations.

Client Engagement • Act as the go-to contact for clients, making sure they're in the loop, heard, and happy with our direction.
• Keep clients updated on progress, gather their input, and recommend strategies to keep our work top-notch.
• Build rapport and trust, looking out for ways to grow and adapt our approach based on client needs.
• Identify and propose fresh opportunities for clients to elevate their digital impact.

Paid Media Management • Lead the charge on paid media campaigns—set them up, fine-tune them, and keep a close eye on results across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Dive into campaign data, pulling insights that matter and sharing clear, actionable reports with clients and the team.
• Stay on top of new trends, tools, and best practices to keep our approach sharp and results-driven.
• Manage budgets like a pro, aligning every penny with performance goals and client objectives.
What You Bring: • 3+ years of experience in digital production, account management, or paid media (not essential) in an agency setting.
• Proven project management chops, with experience balancing multiple projects on a tight schedule.
• Client relationship skills that build trust and make you the client's favourite call.
• Hands-on experience in paid media management, including campaign setup, tracking, and optimization - not essential as training will be provided.
• Communication that's clear, thoughtful, and tailored to whoever's on the other side—client or teammate.
• Impeccable organisation and attention to detail, with a knack for keeping teams focused.
• Familiarity with project management tools (think Monday, Asana etc.)
and media platforms is a bonus.
