What You'll Do: Lead digital projects from inception to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, define project requirements, and provide regular updates on progress.
Facilitate client success by setting clear project visions, developing delivery plans, and establishing robust governance processes.
Motivate and guide project teams, providing support to achieve successful outcomes.
Proactively manage potential risks and issues, implementing strategies to keep projects on track.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals.
Efficiently manage project backlogs using Microsoft DevOps, maintaining organisation throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in lessons learned sessions to continuously improve project delivery processes.
