Role: Digital Project Manager Location: Blackburn, BB1 2FA – Office Based Contract: Full-Time Hours / Permanent Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Company: EG Group About the Role… We have an exciting vacancy for a Digital Project Manager to join our IT department at EG Group.
EG Group has embarked on a standardisation project utilising standard software solutions and industry standard project methodologies to manage their portfolio.
This standardisation is an enabler to support the ongoing development of the project and Software Development Lifecycle, whilst ensuring that digital risks and controls are managed and maintained.
Reporting into the PMO Operations Manager, this role will form a part digital project management office function responsible for delivering the successful implementation of projects assigned.
Working closely with key stakeholders across the business, SMEs, digital counterparts and external partners, You'll have the autonomy to oversee and manage programs and projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring both business requirements are met and governance controls are applied in alignment with EG's standard methodologies.

Duties & Responsibilities Ability to create strong relationships with members of the program/project teams to gain their trust and be a credible partner in helping them through all stages of the project.
Manage the full project lifecycle using ServiceNow Strategic Planning Module.
Lead all activities from initiation to delivery utilising both waterfall and agile methodologies.
Project deliverables - prepare business cases, define scope and goals, conduct cost/benefit analysis, and plan resources.
Manage risks, actions, issues, stakeholder communications, testing, training, data migration, go-live, post-support, benefit realization, and lessons learned.
Project governance - Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables, manage risks/issues, escalate exceptions, oversee stakeholder and Steering Group management, report on progress, and generate artefacts to meet EG's digital risk and control standards.
Ability to collaborate with the business, IT Group Programme Director, PMO Operations Manager, and PMO Lead to resource and support all project stages, ensuring active user participation and adherence to quality and governance controls.

Experience of Microsoft Project, ServiceNow SPM, SAP Solution Manager/Cloud ALM Advanced use of Microsoft tools Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams.
