* Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of designing, building, and launching clinic websites.
* Creative Input: Collaborate with the design team to offer fresh ideas and ensure the websites fit in the client strategy and are visually appealing and user-friendly.
* Organisation: Keep all project details, documents, and timelines impeccably organised and accessible.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure smooth project flow.
* Client Liaison: Be the friendly face for our clinic clients, managing their expectations, keeping them updated and engaged throughout the project.
* Timeline & Budget: Keep projects on track, ensuring deadlines are met without cutting corners.
* Problem Solving : Tackle challenges head-on and find creative solutions to keep projects moving.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure every website is polished and meets our high standards before it goes live.
* Continuous Improvement: Always look for ways to make our process better, faster, and more enjoyable for everyone involved.
Requirements * Must be UK based * Must have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role * Must be organised.
This role will involve a lot of moving parts so being organised and detail orientated is crucial * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * A great sense of humour, if you are very straight-laced, this isn't the company for you * Be a team player - Work with others to help everyone achieve their goal.
* Experience in a fast-paced agency is a plus.
* A good knowledge of Asana and any WordPress editor would be advantageous.
