Digital Product Ownership Specialist Salary £55,000 - £65,000 National / £65,000 - £75,000 London We have an exciting new opportunity for a digital product ownership specialist to join our team, the based in London and Norwich.
A bit about the job: You will be working as a product owner for the digital product experience for Partners sales and service journeys where we distribute our insurance products via partnering with certain partners and sell via their apps and websites.
Again, focussing on the quote, sales, and service journeys to support those customer needs.
You will be working on delivering new features, continuous improvement tests or the experience for a new project or proposition.
You will own the performance of the digital journeys and be proactive intervening to course correct when required.
Alongside this, you will be experienced in creating, managing, and delivering roadmaps for all demand.
This role would suit someone who is inquisitive, curious in approach and always challenging for marginal gains.
Drive best practice in product ownership, agile and modern ways of working to build and optimise customer features that will deliver in the short to medium term.
Data informed and utilising a wide range of insights to help inform problems to solve and key priorities in line with the business's KPIs.
Lead a cross functional scrum team, including designers and engineers, to deliver brilliant digital experiences for customers.
Maintain a healthy backlog, in flight delivery view and roadmap, promote agile practices with the scrum team and build transparency of key updates with stakeholders.
Work very closely with the stakeholders across the business unit teams and build great relationships with trading, product, compliance, and ops in particular to be able to help shape and prioritise their demand and understand business context.
Skills and experience we're looking for: Demonstrable experience in digital product delivery, preferably in the financial services sector.
Delivery of large features / products from concept to market and ongoing continuous improvement.
Leadership and coaching of cross functional matrix teams alongside experience of working in a complex matrixed organisation.
Experience of working with Agile methodology (essential).
Delivering digital journey improvements or new journeys across Web and app channels.

Salary between £55,000 - £65,000 National / £65,000 - £75,000 London (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
