Summary of Role: We want our services and solutions to provide indispensable value to our customers and, aligned to strategic goals, you will be given the autonomy and support to help deliver on this vision.
You will become the expert on the platform and our products, connected to both our clients and end users goals.
As a Product Manager / Owner, you'll work alongside our Commercial, Design and Development teams to conceive and develop innovative products and feature iterations that will grow the business.
Your remit will align to the company OKRs, focused predominantly towards scaling our client base, enriching user experiences and developing new commercial opportunities.
Responsibilities: Be the voice of our customers Work closely with the Product Director and leadership team to define the product roadmap Lead ideation and discovery processes to identify new opportunities and features Work with cross-functional teams to build domain knowledge, define product requirements and produce clear user stories and acceptance criteria Directly influence the agile product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives Build and nurture client relationships at a product level, acting as their representative within the business to ensure we deliver solutions that solve real customer problems Effectively manage stakeholders, keeping them informed and aligned throughout the product lifecycle Guarantee the smooth execution of sprints and key projects utilising the Agile framework Write new product specs, manage the product backlog and triage support tickets, ensuring sprints are clear, balanced and development ready Monitor and analyse product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and help inform future iterations Communicate regular product updates to leadership and the wider business Monitor market trends and competitor offerings Required Skills: 3 years experience in a Product Manager role within a software development environment (preferably SaaS) Highly knowledgeable with Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong sense of ownership and responsibility A problem solver, who can remove barriers and get results Confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels A dynamic, collaborative, and transparent working style A real passion for establishing relationships with our customers to drive their success with our solutions Ability to take ownership of the end-to-end idea to product process and work as self-directed member of the team Precisely articulate complex feature requirements, capture clear user stories and create detailed documents in a concise and structured manner A desire to work within a high performing and close-knit team Good to have: Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools Proven track record of shipping impactful growth projects for a B2B SaaS product Experience with UX design and knowledge of best practices in user experience design.
Experience moving into new markets, tracking changing customer requirements, or creating product-market-fit.
