Digital Producer - Events & Tech - London - 40K

We're looking for a digital project manager to lead and oversee the delivery of a variety of digital projects — from social media and web assets to apps, video, motion graphics, and emerging tech like MR, VR, and AR.

You'll be part of a creative, fast-paced team, managing projects from concept to completion, as well as contributing to content for our own social and web channels.
Expect to work on exciting projects for high-profile clients, including corporate, government, commercial, and public events.

What We're Looking For:
3+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally within an agency or multi-brand setting.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, internal teams, developers, and creatives.
A flair for creative storytelling, underpinned by research and audience insight.
Excellent organisational skills to juggle multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
Proven ability to negotiate with freelancers and suppliers, delivering on time and within budget.
A genuine interest in emerging technologies and digital trends.
Experience creating engaging content for social media, particularly Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Nice-to-Have (But Not Essential):
A solid network of freelancers.
Experience with live events or broadcast content.
Familiarity with tools like After Effects, Cinema 4D, Unity, Notch.
Knowledge of software like Watchout, Disguise, Pixera.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead creative development for a range of digital projects — from websites to video, apps, and more.
Transform briefs into effective creative solutions and compelling narratives.
Work closely with clients to ensure creative direction aligns with their vision and brand.
Coordinate photoshoots and manage post-production (Premiere, After Effects, Cinema 4D, etc.).
Stay on top of multiple projects, keeping communication clear with all stakeholders.
Contribute to the production of content for our own social and web channels.
Recruit and manage freelancers as needed.
Manage budgets, timelines, and provide project quotes.
