As the Digital Platform Officer, you will lead on the operational management the ETF's digital platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS's) ensuring these critical systems continuously evolve to meet strategic business and customer needs.
ETF's digital platforms facilitate the renewal and access for 23,000 members generating £2m annually and over 600,000+ learners and visitors, critical in delivering against ETF's contracts.
Your profile: Strong experience of working within a complex digital environment comprising websites, digital platforms, learning management systems and SSO, including operational tasks, incident triage and resolution, platform security and user management.
Ability to investigate, recommend, apply and document appropriate digital solutions, configurations, developments and improvements that meet business and customer needs, including managing development with digital suppliers and hands-on configuration and testing as required.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience of working with senior stakeholders, requirements gathering, delivering training sessions and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences The successful candidate will have: Strong experience of working in a digital development environment including backlog prioritisation, Agile sprints, software development and release cycles and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ability to investigate, recommend, apply and document appropriate digital solutions, configurations, developments and improvements that meet business and customer needs, including managing development with digital suppliers and hands-on configuration and testing as required.
Good understanding and working knowledge of digital platform maintenance and management principles, including platform security, platform integrations and data handling processes.
Experience of managing digital supplier relationships including incident management and resolution, support tickets, platform updates Strong communication skills.
Experience of working with senior stakeholders and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
