Location: Exeter Only Hours: Permanent Fulltime Responsibilities As Digital Operations Team Lead, you'll be leading efforts to obtain C2 STATS data from utility asset owners and statutory undertakers, ensuring the acquisition of vital utility information.
You'll also be responsible for liaising with utility companies, requesting and following up on utility asset data, and ensuring all necessary data is collected promptly to support ongoing projects Your day to day will include: Planning and adjusting team workload to ensure project timescales are met.
Manage the ticketing system, tracking requests, and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.
Act as the primary coordinator for data acquisition with utility companies, tracking correspondence, and following up as necessary to gather essential asset information.
Ensure extremely high accuracy of all data.
Assist in the maintenance of GIS and asset data.
What are we looking for?
This role of Digital Operations Team Lead is great if you have: Experience utilising ITIL service management principles.
Experience with data management and processing tools, including databases, Experience with scripting for automation of data processing tasks.
Experience using ESRI ArcGIS and AGOL and other GIS systems.
