What You'll Do This role combines creativity with data-driven decision-making.
You will work across content creation, website management, and campaign strategy to drive brand awareness and growth.
Key Responsibilities: Develop engaging content for blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
Manage social media accounts, building relationships with influencers and engaging with our audience.
Optimise our website for SEO and ensure it remains engaging and relevant.
Analyse website and campaign performance, using data to improve strategies.
Research and recommend paid advertising campaigns (e.g.
Google Ads).
Collaborate on creative projects such as photoshoots and marketing materials.
Support in identifying new product or market opportunities.
What We're Looking For We are seeking a versatile marketer who can think both creatively and analytically:
Essential Skills & Experience: 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in an eCommerce or global business.
Strong content creation skills, including writing for blogs and social media.
Knowledge of SEO principles and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics.
Experience using WordPress or similar website management platforms.
A proactive, self-starting attitude with excellent organisational skills.
Bonus Points For: Experience managing paid search or social media campaigns.
Knowledge of basic HTML or CSS.
Working Arrangements Hours: 22.5 per week, with flexibility to suit your personal schedule.
Location: Office-based in Okehampton, with hybrid working options a possibility.
Holidays: 20 days pro-rata (plus bank holidays).
