Digital Marketing Specialist - £48K

*This role requires a visit to Reading once a fortnight, at the employee's cost* £40k-£48k Who we are looking for We're seeking a seasoned digital marketing specialist, with strong technical skills, to join our expanding team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing a range of digital strategies with a focus on Paid Social as part of our dynamic marketing initiatives.
We're looking for someone with experience in Paid Social and one of the below channels too… Key responsibilities ? PPC and Paid Social advertising ? Platform integration ? Technical SEO ? Website optimisation ? Analytics reporting ? Keeping up-to-date with the latest PPC / SEM trends ? Building regular performance reports ? Conversion rate optimisation The successful candidate will: ? A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience directly managing biddable media on Meta & Google ? Have previously managed sizeable paid media budgets ? Know Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics like the back of their hand ? A great depth of knowledge when it comes to integrating online platforms to optimise workflows, reporting and analytics ? Be confident in analysing data to drive key marketing decisions, whether it's to understand the audience, or explore if your campaigns are delivering value ? Impeccable attention to detail ? Good copywriting skills ? Be highly organised in order to meet deadlines, whilst also being able to be reactive where required.
