With over a decade of experience in the sector, we pride ourselves on our deep understanding of the marketing industry and our consultative approach to both clients and candidates.The RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant specialising in marketing roles, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates, while building your own desk within our successful team.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a strong network of marketing professionals across various specialisms (digital, content, brand, etc.
)Source high-calibre candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and referralsBuild and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their hiring needs and company cultureWrite and post compelling job advertisementsScreen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for rolesManage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement and aftercareMeet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targetsMaintain accurate records and documentation using our CRM systemAttend networking events and industry meetups to build your personal brand Required Skills & Experience Proven sales experience or recruitment background (marketing industry experience is beneficial but not essential)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation abilitiesCommercial acumen and business development skillsResults-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressureResilient and adaptable approach to workProficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systemsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience What We Offer Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission structureComprehensive training and development programmeClear career progression opportunitiesPrivate healthcare25 days holiday plus bank holidaysRegular team social eventsModern office in central Leeds locationFlexible working optionsMonthly and quarterly incentivesPension schemeProfessional development budget The Ideal CandidateYou'll be a naturally confident communicator with a genuine interest in people and business.
