Digital Marketing Manager – ASAP Start 6-9 Month FTC Annual Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE Location: Cardiff I am currently looking for an ASAP start Digital Marketing Manager for a 6-9 Month FTC for a leading bar and nightlife brand in the UK!
This role is based on-site at head office in Cardiff.
The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the wider marketing team to develop and implement the digital marketing plan to enhance the brand's online presence.
Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns across digital channels.
And align digital marketing efforts with revenue goals, brand performance, repeat visit rate, and guest satisfaction objectives.
Key Responsibilities : Manage and optimise the brand websites to enhance user experience, SEO, and conversions.
Working with the marketing team and venue Sales & Marketing Managers, develop, execute, and monitor social media strategies to engage audiences and hit key targets.
Plan and manage online advertising campaigns, including (but not limited to) paid social, PPC, display ads, and retargeting.
Plan email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive footfall, bookings and build customer loyalty.
Collaborate with wider marketing team and internal design team for creative content (where required) across static, video and others.
Develop and execute digital data collection games via playable.
Analyse performance metrics (e.g.
Meta, Google Analytics, TikTok and external partners) and provide monthly and campaign reports to key stakeholders, drawing decisions on continuous improvement.
Coach and share digital best practice with venue Sales & Marketing Managers Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Manage budgets for digital campaigns and ensure ROI is maximised.
About you: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, ideally within the hospitality industry Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g.
WordPress) and CRM systems Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting across digital channels
