Description: City Experiences is seeking an Integrated/Digital Marketing Manager for our Marketing operation.
This is a full-time, fixed-term contract for 12 months - maternity cover.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be fully remote with occasional travel to our office in London (1 -2 times per month).

About the Opportunity: As the Interim Integrated/Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for supporting the creation and implementation of best-in-class integrated media plans for our brands operating in the UK and EU, such as City Experiences, City Cruises UK, Walks, and Devour Tours.
You will manage media strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of B2B and B2C campaigns across offline and online channels with a focus on digital media and performance marketing.
This will be supported through your understanding and utilisation of marketing mix learnings, consumer insights, communication strategy and thinking, data driven analysis, and industry and marketplace knowledge.
You will be responsible for managing ad agencies, in addition to running paid media campaigns in-house, to drive brand awareness, qualified traffic, leads, and conversions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Act as a strategic resource for integrated communications planning and marketing activation across the organisation.
Collaborate with Marketing & Sales teams to deliver cohesive paid media strategies and tactical plans tailored to business needs and objectives.
Manage media planning, execution, and performance optimization across channels inclusive of Paid Search, Paid Social, Digital Display, Programmatic, Video, Audio, OOH, and Direct Partnerships.
Establish campaign goals and objectives, channel roles and responsibilities with KPIs, and learning agendas with testing and measurement plans.
Collaborate with Analytics and Insights team on tagging, tracking, reporting, and insights.
Partner with Marketing Automation, Brand Marketing, Social, and Digital Experience teams to provide an omnichannel and consistent experience to our guests.
Develop a cohesive audience strategy for campaigns, leveraging 1st and 3rd party data and martech tools (e.g., Salesforce/Marketing Cloud).
Ensure digital touchpoints align with brand communications calendars while adhering to best practices.
Lead client and partner management, inclusive of internal and external key stakeholders, ad agencies, creative teams, email and media vendors, data platforms, and measurement solutions.
Liaise with key internal stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials; manage email/media production schedules and day-to-day deliverables.
Manage end-to-end budget & billing process.
Provide thought leadership on trends, innovations, best practices, and industry standards, while maintaining knowledge base on our competitive set.
Requirements & Qualifications: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing/media Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition Experienced in paid social, paid search, and programmatic media strategy and campaign management, analyzing campaign data and providing recommendations for optimisations Experience with email/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) a plus Excellent communicator and compelling storyteller with superb verbal and written communication and presentation skills Ability to synthesize findings into essential insights and communicate them effectively to senior management A self-starter and efficient team player with sharp attention to detail and able to work across geographies to drive action and results Strong time management and prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and tight timelines ·Belief in our values and understand our mission Pay: £45,000.00 per year
