DIGITIAL MARKETING MANAGER – Bradford, West Yorkshire THE COMPANY: The ATM Events group is a creative events management agency and global leader in VIP hospitality packages with a 23-year legacy.
We specialise in delivering premium sports, concert and theatre VIP hospitality packages, as well as impactful corporate events ranging from awards events and conferences, themed events, fun days to Incentives and team-building events.
THE ROLE: We are currently seeking a results-orientated Digital Marketing Manager to manage and oversee our digital marketing strategy – including social media, content management, email marketing, blog writing, and general website maintenance.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong understanding and passion for marketing and events principles.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an individual to play a pivotal role in shaping ATM's growth trajectory through the implementation of strategic marketing and events initiatives.
RESPONSBILITIES •Implement and manage marketing strategies for ATM Events and ATM Hospitality •Maintain both company websites, updating content and optimising the performance of the website to increase traffic, conversion and search ranking •Create and upload engaging blogs and e-newsletters that incorporate best SEO practices for both brands •Design and create various marketing materials/campaigns (brochures, flyers, social media posts) to enhance the ATM Events and Hospitality brand • Monitor competitor activity online and identify areas to further promote the business through advertising and marketing •CRM system support: inputting data into the CRM system when required •Lead promotional and sponsorship opportunities for both companies including organising networking events and campaigns ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • 2 Years minimum experience in marketing •Flexibility to understand the needs of the business and passion to improve brand presence •Strong time management skills to manage different projects simultaneously •Highly motivated with proactive approach •Experience in copywriting, design and photography would be advantageous •A social media enthusiast •Team player and capable of working independently •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content •Creativity, adaptability, with a passion for corporate events and hospitality •Experience with Social Media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook is desired •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Events or similar •Exposure or experience in marketing preferably in the events or hospitality industry •Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Ads and SEO •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content •Experience with marketing software such as WordPress, Cava, Adobe Design and Mailchimp PERKS & BENEFITS: •Competitive salary of £30,000-£34,000 (Depending on Experience) •Increased salary opportunities •Internal Promotional Pathways •Optional Hybrid Working – 3 days per week onsite in our Bradford Office •Your Birthday day off plus your 28 days holiday (includes Bank Holidays) • Onsite free parking •Discounts on holidays, hotels, and flights • Staff incentives and rewards
