Digital Marketing Manager - 12 Month FTC A global company is looking for a digital Marketing Manager to join their team on a 12 months FTC basis, covering whilst on maternity leave.
The role will be varied and include supporting the management and improvement of the digital channels.
Some aspects of the day-to-day include: Implementation of the SEO strategy, including outreach, link building, and content creation and optimization.
Assisting in executing the CRM strategy and manage the acquisition communications cycle.
Building and maintaining email templates and campaign workflows.
Overseeing day-to-day website content and features management.
Coordinating assets by collaborating with the marketing team on creative materials and briefing processes.
Working with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to monitor and optimize performance across Meta, TikTok, and Google campaigns, focusing on cost-efficient bookings and identifying growth opportunities.
Supporting the test and learn roadmap by documenting A/B tests, tracking optimizations, and capturing insights.
Assisting with performance reporting and conduct regular competitor reviews.
Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong agency management skills are essential, as the company collaborates with multiple agency partners.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Skills: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing within a direct-to-consumer (DTC) setting, preferably with a focus on CRM and search.
Strong analytical abilities, capable of quickly identifying trends, analyzing reports, and making data-driven recommendations.
Exceptional relationship-building skills to foster rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to rapid changes while working well under pressure.
Experience managing a website content management system (CMS).
Copywriting skills are a plus.
Experience with luxury products is desirable.
