Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Salary: Competitive Job Type: Full Time We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join us in a newly created role to support our Digital Marketing team in growing traffic to Wickes, from Paid Search, Affiliates, and other new or existing paid channels.
What you'll be doing: You'll look after the day to day management of both the Retail and Design & Installation Paid Search propositions alongside our agency, ensuring the channel is always set up correctly, optimising towards traffic, revenue & leads You'll also undertake the day to day management of the Affiliates channel, ensuring the channel is always set up correctly, optimising towards driving high quality traffic and revenue You'll be the main stakeholder for Digital Marketing at internal campaign meetings, ensuring all channels are represented appropriately with all relevant documentation updated accordingly Working closely with the Store Transformation project team to ensure all local activity is being supported across Search (both Paid & Organic) Be responsible for signing off all ad copy, ad extensions and channel assets for both channels Working cross functionally with the Trading team & agency on a weekly basis to ensure we are supporting each trading event Creating test and learn roadmaps with the agency to understand the incremental performance impact for each channel Weekly trading report representative to share channel performance and trends What we're looking for… A digital marketing 'all-rounder', you'll likely have experience across various functions and have gained a broad understanding of various KPIs (e.g.
traffic, ROAS, conversion, etc.).
Or, you'll be a specialist of one key channel (PPC, or Affiliates), willing to expand your digital marketing experience further.
You'll be a self starter, able to work to deadlines and a confident communicator and collaborative team player.
As well as this you'll have: Excellent planning skills, to build campaigns, present timelines, and ensure delivery Excellent stakeholder management – ability to build relationships and liaise with business and external stakeholders (agency management, 3rd party publishers) to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables and issues/risks Proactively utilising data driven insights to drive action Able to articulate performance summary and insights Google Analytics / GA4, Google Looker Studio, Google Sheets / Excel Affiliate Marketing and affiliates platform (Awin, Rakuten, etc.)
or Paid Search (Google Ads, Pmax, Bing, etc.)
