Key Responsibilities: Social Media: Stay up to date on social media trends and leverage them to create engaging content.
Develop and execute social media strategies to build a strong online presence.
Monitor and engage with our community, fostering positive interactions and brand loyalty Analyse social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Email Marketing: Manage email marketing campaigns, including scheduling, segmentation, and personalization.
Analyse email performance and implement improvements to optimize key metrics.
Support SMS marketing initiatives as needed.
Content Marketing: Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content across various channels.
Coordinate with external agencies to execute influencer marketing and PR campaigns.
Ecommerce: Assist with product merchandising, search optimization, and A/B testing.
Analyse customer behaviour data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Update website content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Ideal Candidate: Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
Experience with email marketing tools (Ometria preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
