Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & ManagementDevelop compelling content for blogs, editorials, social media, and web pages.Create tailored content strategies for multiple businesses and brands.Contribute innovative ideas in creative meetings to enhance campaigns and designs.Gain a deep understanding of the business structure and its independent functions.Social Media ManagementManage, publish, and monitor content across platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages.Analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns and advocate for the brand effectively.Photography & VideographyProduce engaging video content for social media, from pre-production to post-production.Apply graphic design skills to create PDFs, flyers, and promotional content.Confidently leverage YouTube for content publishing and audience engagement.Qualifications & SkillsTechnical SkillsProficiency with Adobe Suite, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro.Familiarity with WordPress and social media management tools.Basic understanding of SEO principles and experience using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Majestic.Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics 4, Campaign Manager).Ability to manage tasks effectively using project management software like Trello.Desirable AttributesStrong organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail.Creativity and problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach.Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Culture & BenefitsOur client prides themselves on fostering a vibrant and inclusive workplace.
